Abstract

A carton has a leaflet held in place by an adhesive and covered by a folded over flap. The leaflet is preferably removable by means of a tamper evidence tab.

Description

2352232 LEAFLET IN A BOX The invention relates to a tamper evidence tab
and pull out leaflet from a folding carton.
Various other types of this idea cannot be machine filled with product due to the product foiling on the leaflet.
With the fold over flap it stops the leaflet being fouled by the product.
The leaflet is held in place by adhesive on the carton and adhesive on the flap.
By using the tab system the pack can be used for coupons or special offers as, the tab is the tamper evidence safe guard.
Preferably this pack can be made from 4001500 micron folding boxboard and the leaflet from 135 gsm paper.

Claims (3)

1. A carton with an integral leaflet which can be machin4 filled with customer's product
2. A carton in Claim 1 where the leaflet can be removed by a tamper evident flap
3. As in Claims 1 & 2, if used for coupons/vouchers, product security can be checked without opening carton tuck ends JN/5 3 Amendments to the claims have been filed as follows 1) Packaging vessel in the form of a carton with a detachable folded leaflet.
2) Packaging as claimed in claim 1, where a carton is formed from a suitable die cut blank from packaging material.
3) Packaging as claimed in claim 2, where the construction material is carton board.
4) Packaging as claimed in previous claims, where the leaflet is attached to the carton after folding.
5) Packaging as claimed in any previous claims, where the leaflet is permanently attached to the carton.
6) Packaging as claimed in previous claims, where the leaflet is also attached to a removable flap of the carton.
7) Packaging as claimed in previous claims, where the leaflet can bear an identification code to match a code in the carton.
8) Packaging as claimed in previous claims, where the leaflet is not visible until the removable flap is lifted.
9) A method of assembling packaging as claimed in claim 2, where the leaflet is affixed after cutting but before assembling.
10) Packaging, substantially, as here described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
