Abstract

A piece of plastic board (1) made out of EVA plastic and ABS plastic for standing on with a 40mm high magnetic stud carefully positioned to act as a reflex point for the pancreas. The main magnetic stud (8) is positioned according to the size of the shoe facilitating the principle of reflexology.

Description

Health & Diet Board The invention relates to a diet board which offers a simple, safe and natural form of reflexology which can be performed by most people at their own time and place. It's raised areas will act on specific pressure points used in this therapy.
With such a simple diet board, it is a pity that not all of us have the same size of feet.
Howerver, since our pressure points are of different positions, it is necessary to make the shoe in three different sizes, small, medium and large, which slightly increases the cost.
The purpose of this invention is for those of us who do not have the time and convenience to use the gym and for those who believe in natural therapy without the aid of drugs and other forms of chemical aids.
Basically, this invention works on reflexology. By standing on the hard diet board, you are already helping your body to work properly. The reflex point on the shoe is acting as a massage technique for healthy digestion.
Naturally it would be a lot simpler had the board been made into an actual shoe, but it is essential that one must be stationary in order for the body to fully absorb the full pressure on the reflex point.
An embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawing in which: Figure 1 Shows a front view of a right foot diet board.
Figure 2 Shows a side view of the diet board.

Figure 5 Shows the bottom view of a left foot diet board.
Figure 6 A 3 dimension view of a left foot diet board.
Figure 7 A 3 dimension view of a right foot diet board.
As shown in Figure 1'The front view of the diet board in reference 1 show the base of the 'board made by A. B. S. plastic with the thickness of 3.5mm. and an extra 2mm thick of E. V. A. plastic sole as in reference 2. Reference 4 is the outer side of the shoe which is 40mm. in height. Reference 5 is the inner side of the shoe which is also the height of 40mm.
As shown in Figure 2 The side view show the heights of the built in magnetic studs.
The dimension of the stud in reference 6 is 21mm x 12mm x 7mm (H) The dimension of the stud in reference 8 is 45mm x 29mm x22mm (H).
As shown in Figure 3 The top view of a right foot diet board. Reference 10 clearly shows the embossed foot mark on the surface of the board. Six small studs just at the heel end of the board as in reference 9. Reference 7 is also a magnetic stud with the dimension of 23mm x 12mm x 6mm (H).
As shown in Figure 4 A view of the heel end of the diet board at a height of 40mm as shown in reference 3.
The actual dimension of a medium size diet board is 29cm in length, 14.3cm in width and 40mm height. The approximate weight of a pair of diet board is 0.75 Kg. The colour will being greyish blue.

Claims (4)

  1. CLAIMS 1 A diet board made from EVA and ABS plastic, embossed with a foot mark.
  2. 2 As claimed in Claim 1 the board includes magnetic studs.
  3. 3 As claimed in Claim 1 and Claim 2 these magnetic studs are placed in specific positions.
  4. 4 As in any of the above claims, this diet board will offer a convenient way of encouraging a healthy diet.
