Saw - handles; setscrew securing - devices for socket fixings.- Handles for pad-saws &c. are bored throughout their length, and the blade is secured therein by two set screws so that the length of blade projecting may be varied. One screw d clamps the face of the blade e in the slotted metal piece c, and the other screw bengages the rear edge of the blade and forces one of the saw teeth into locking engagement with the edge of the ferrule f.
