Description

2339710 A DOUBLE-FACE ADHESIVE TAPE WITHOUT RELEASING PAPER RACKGROUND OF
THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a double-face adhesive tape without releasing paper. The adhesive tape can be easily torn apart and directly smoothly attached to a desired position.
figs. 1 and 2 show a conventional adhesive or doubleface adhesive tape I whichis made of a paper material 19 with a certain dimension. One face or both faces of the paper material 10 are painted with adhesive agent 30 for adhesion. A releasing paper 28 is laid over one face of the adhesive tape with the adhesive agent 30. In use of the double-face adhesive tape 1, a certain length of adhesive tape I is torn off. One face of the adhesive tape 1. is attached to a desired position. Then the releasing Paper 20 is detached from the other face. At this time, the other face with the adhesive aeent 30 can be further adhered with an article.
It is difficult to detach the releasing paper from the adhesive tape. This often bothers the user. Moreover, with the additional releasing paper, the cost of manufacturing of the adhesive tape is increased.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
I It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a double-face adhesive tape without releasing paper. The adhesive tape can be easily torn apart and directly attached to a desired position without detaching any releasing paper from the adhesive tape. The adhesive tape is manufactured at lower cost and can be smoothly and repeatedly used.
The present invention can be.best understood through the following description and accompanying drawings, wherein:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig. I is a perspective exploded view of a conventional double-face adhesive tape; - Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the conventional doubleface adhesive tape; Fig 3 is a perspective exploded view of the present invention; Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the present invention is a roll pattern; Fig. 5 is a sectional view of the present invention; and Fig. 6 shows that the roll of adhesive tape of the present invention is supported on a rack.
2 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
Please refer to Figs. 3, 4 and 5. The present invention is made of a thin sheet of paper 10. A layer of adhesive agent 30 is painted on predetermined positions of one face of the paper material 10 by an automatic adhesive painting machine. The predetermined positions are equally spaced, whereby the adhesive agent 30 is parallelly interlaced with the blank positions free from the adhesive agent. In addition, at the blank Positions, on the other face of the paper material 19 is also painted with the adhesive agent 30, while the positions on the other face opposite to the Predetermined Positions with the adhesive agent 30 are blank. Then the blank positions on the front and back faces of the paper material 10 are painted with a layer of releasing agent 31. The paper material 10 is made with a roll pattern supported on a rack 40. In use, a certain length of the adhesive tape can be torn off to quickly directly attach to a desired position as shown in Fig. 6.
The present invention has the following advantages:
1. The both faces of the adhesive tape I are painted with adhesive agent 30 without any releasing paper 20. Therefore, a certain length of the adhesive tape I can be directly cut off by the rack 40 and attached to a desired Position. Then the other face with the adhesive agent 30 3 can be adhered with different articles without troublesome detachment of the releasing paper 20. Therefore, the adhesive tape 1 can be conveniently used and the cost for manufacturing the adhesive tape I is reduced.
.2. The positions of the front and back faces of the adhesive tape I with the adhesive agent 30 are arranged at intervals and interlaced with blank positions painted with the releasing agent. Therefore, the adhesive tape I in the roll pattern can be easily torn apart without damaging the not yet used adhesive tape 1.
3. The adhesive tape 1 of the present invention can be repeatedly used. This is because that on both faces of the adhesive tape 1, the releasing agent is painted on the positioned interlaced with the adhesive agent 30 so that the adhesive azent 30 is prevented from providing excessively great adhesive force. Moreover, the adhesive positions are arranged at intervals so that the adhesive tape 1 can be more easily and smoothly used and attached to the desired position.
The above description and accompanying drawings are only used to illustrate one embodiment of the present invention. Any modification or variation derived from the embodiment should fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (2)

CLA IM WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. A double-face adhesive tape without releasing Paper, the adhesive tape being made of a sheet of paper material, an adhesive agent being painted on Predetermined positions of both faces of the paper material by an adhesive painting machine, the predetermined positions being such arranged at intervals and interlaced with blank positions that the adhesive positions on one face correspond to the blank positions on the other face, while the blank positions on the one face correspond to the adhesive positions on the other face, the blank positions on the both faces being painted with a releasing agent.
2. A double-face adhesive tape substantially as hereinbefore described with reference to and as shown in Figures 3 to 6 of the acconpanying drawings.
