Castor-cups and like leg supports.-A sound-deadening support for the feet of typewriters comprises a block of spongy rubber g, Fig. 1, held in a casing d by flange f formed either on the casing or on an attached ring e. The block g may be covered by a perforated disc h. In a modification, Fig. 2, the casing d is inverted, the spongy rubber is held between the base m and the flange f on the ring c, projecting through the aperture, and another flanged ring k is attached underneath.
