hereInafter, an explanation of the construction of an opener used as a foil cutter embodied according to the present Invention will be in detail discussed with reference to FIGS. 1 to 13, In whIch the constructions and types of an opener body and the foil cutter, and Installations of a screw needle and a secondary opener are each Illustrated.
In construction, first, an opener used as a fOil cutter embodied according to the present Invention includes a synthetIc resin of opener body A which has varIous kinds of shapes and takes a rough "U" shape, the opener body A being comprlsed of an opening portion 5 formed on one side thereof and first and second supporting plates 2 and 2' each disposed on both slides of the openIng portion 5, an elastic coupling portion A3 formed on the other side thereof and for connecting the supporting plates 2 and 2'. The opener body A is adapted to be separated into upper and lower bodies Al and A2 which are coupled with each other. The upper body Al has an assembling groove 103 which is formed alone a couplIng surface 102 of the upper body Al with the lower body A2, and the lower body A2 has an assembling projection 602 which is formed on the coupling surface 102 to be thereby inserted into the assemblIng groove 103,. such that the upper and lower bodies Al and A2 are coupled in a high-frequency bonding manner. On the upper body Al, a supporting cap 201 is formed on the center portion of the first supporting plate 2 and a pluralIty of foil cutters 8 are mounted on the inner slide of the opening portIon 5 and the lower surface of the supportIng cap 201. First and second cutter mounting members 20 and 70 are formed on the coupling surface of the upper and lower bodies Al and A2. A fIxed projection 4 is protrudedly formed on the cutter mounting member 20 of the upper body Al and an assembling hole 401 is formed on the fixed projection 4. A cutter supporting groove 701 and a shaft bar 702 are formed on the second cutter mounting member 70 of the lower body A2, such that the plurality of foll cutters 8 are Inserted and fIxed between the cutter mountIng members.
At the time, in the case where the foil cutter 8 Is comprised of a rotary knIfe, a shaft plpe 801 has a round type of shaft hole 802 and 's Inserted Lnto the cutter supporting groove 701. Then, the shaft bar 702 15 inserted into the shaft hole 802, and the end of the shaft bar 702 is fixedly Inserted into the assembling hole 401, such that the rotary cutter 8 can be rotated centering round the shaft bar 702. On the other hand, Fn the case where the foil cutter 8 is comprised of a fixed knife, the shaft bar 702 has a square projection 703 on the peripheral portion thereof, and a square shape of center hole 802b is formed on the center portion of the foil cutter 8. Next, the shaft bar 702 Is inserted into the center hole 802b on the foil cutter 8 and thus the square projection 704 is assembled with the center hole 802b. At the time, if the end of the shaft bar 702 is fixed on the assembling hole 401, the foll cutter 8 is firmly secured, without any rotation.
Then, two cutters 8 are connected by means of a connectIng member 805 and the shaft hole 802 of each of the cutters 8 -s inserted into the fixed projection 4. If the shaft hole 802 of the cutter 8 -'s inserted into the shaft bar 702, while covering the lower body A2, a relative long cutter 8 can be safely fIxed.
Meanwhile, a screw needle 9 for drawing a cork stopper, a secondary opener 5 for opening a steel opener are provIded on the supporting plate 2 of the opener body A, and a screw needle supporting member 905 is also formed thereon.
An explanatIon of the construction of the screw needle 9 and the secondary opener B will be in detail discussed wlth reference to FIGS. 11 to 14.
The screw needle 9 for drawling a cork stopper Is mounted on the one supporting plate 2 extended on the opener body A and can be folded and unfolded.
For mounting the screw needle 9 on the Inner slide of the extended supporting plate 2, a screw needle preserving chamber 202 is provIded and a fixed shaft 203 and a supporting port'on 203a are formed on the side of the screw needle preserving chamber 202.
A shaft hole 901 of the screw needle 9 is Inserted 'nto the fIxed shaft 203, to thereby fold the screw needle 9 In one dIrectIon to be Inserted into the screw needle preservIng chamber 202 or unfold it outwardly to be straight. Also, to prevent the screw needle 9 from being freely rotated during folding and unfoldIng the screw needle 9, a plurality of reentrant grooves 902 are formed on the surface of the shaft hole 901, and an elastic member 903 having a hooking projection 904 is covered over the reentrant grooves, such that when the screw needle 9 is rotated on the supportIng port-on 203a, the hooking projection 904 on the elastIc member 903 performs a breaking functIon to thereby prevent the screw needle 9 from being freely rotated.
On the other hand, another fIxed shaft 906 is formed on the outside of the screw needle, on which the screw needle supporting member 905 Is mounted. The secondary opener B for opening the steel stopper Is formed on the Inner surface of the screw needle supportIng member 905. In this case, the opener B can be lorded from the outside to the inside of the supporting plate 2 to thereby be In closely contact with the surface of the supporting plate 2 or unfolded to the outside of the supporting plate 2.
Additionally, a metal bar A4 is installed on the surface of the supporting plate 2 or between the opener body A and the connectIng portIon A3.
Under the construction as mentioned in the above, the cutter mounting members 20 and 70 are each formed on the couplIng surface of the upper and lower bodies Al and A2 of the synthetIc resin of opener body A, and the fixed projection 4 and the shaft bar 702 are each formed on the interior of the cutter mountIng members 20 and 70. Thus, the foil cutter 8 is inserted between the cutter mounting members 20 and 70 and is thus supported by the fixed projection 4 and the shaft bar 702. At the time, the upper and lower bodies Al and A2 are coupled to each other in a hlgh-frequency bonding manner. In this case, if the opener body A is grasped by a user's hand and a portion ranged between the supporting plates 2 and 2' is pressurized inwardly, the elasticIty of the couplIng portIon A3 is exerted and the opener body A 5 used as the foll cutter 8. In the preferred embodiment of the present ~nvent'on, the opener body A can be completely manufactured without any additional bolt or nut, and the foil cutter 8 can be rotated wIthout inserting any separate rotary shaft, to thereby decrease the production cost. In additIon, since the foil cutter is kept at a horizontal state by means of auxIlIary devIces formed on the foil cutter mounting members, even if a thin thickness of edge of the foil cutter is installed, the durability of the edge can be ensured. Furthermore, since a rotary type cutter or a fIxed type cutter can be arbitrarily inserted between the cutter mounting members, the productIvIty of the product can be Improved.
Also, since the screw needle 9 for drawling the cork stopper C and the screw needle supporting member 905 can be Installed In parallel to each other on the supporting plate 2 of the opener body A, if the cork stopper C is to be drawn, the screw needle 9 15 Inserted into the cork stopper C and the screw needle supportIng member 905 is disposed on the opening portion of the bottle. At th-'s time, as the screw needle supporting member 905 acts as a lever, the cork stopper C can be easIly drawn. Using the opener B formed on the inner side of the screw needle supporting member 905, the opener formed on the Inner side of the coupling port'on A3 and the opener B for opening the steel stopper and formed on the surface of the supporting plate 2, the steel stopper of the liquor bottle or a drinking water bottle can be convenIently opened.
As apparent from the above, an opener used as a foil cutter according to the present invention has a synthetic resIn of opener body whIch is separated into upper and lower bodIes and a fo-'l cutter whIch 15 Inserted Into cutter mounting member formed on the coupling portIon of the upper and lower bodies and is supported by a shaft bar, to thereby couple the upper and lower bodIes Ln a hlgh-frequency bonding manner, such that it can be manufacture In a simple and saft manner. In addition, only with an opener used as a foil cutter according to the present Invention, a cork stopper, an outer cover of the cork stopper, a steel stopper of a drInking water bottle and so on can be easily opened.
It wIll thus be seen that the objects set forth above among those made apparent from the preceding descrIptIon, are effIcIently attained and since certain changes may be made In the above construction without departing from the scope of the invention. It is also to be understood that the followIng claims are Intended to cover all of the generic and specifIc features of the InventIon hereIn described.
In summary, embodiments of the present invention relate to an opener used as a foil cutter for easily opening the stopper of each of all kinds of liquor bottles, and more particularly, to an opener used as a foil cutter which has a comprehensive opening function by installing a foil cutter for removing an outer cover of a cork stopper, a screw needle for directly drawing the cork stopper, and a secondary opener for opening a steel stopper, to easily open the cork stopper, the steel stopper and the like and has a synthetic resin of an opener body which can be manufactured to take various shapes.
