The inner surface of the cover casing is kept extremely smooth so that this casing may be removed as shown in Fig. 2 without disturbing the mass of insulating compound or the connections embedded therein. Current is led from the terminal strips 4 to the switch contacts through projecting pins 5 which engage contact springs 6 when the switch or plug casing is secured in position, Fig. 1.
