Abstract

The security door entry-phone system has a receiver that accepts a cassette tape. When a caller rings he will hear a voice say "hello", at that point a criminal would probably withdraw and the security phone has done it's job. The owner, however, can elaborate on this by leaving a gap in the tape for the caller to speak before giving his/her reason why it is not convenient to come to the door followed with a final good-bye] Voices overlapping would make it no less realistic since this often happens in reality with these systems.

Description

This invention relates to a security door entry-phone.
The biggest deterrent to burglary S to give the impression that the premises are occupied and to help achieve this, time switches have become widely available and their usage encouraged by crime prevention officers for operating lights and radios during an occupiers absence, These systems, however, are vulnerable to the criminal who simply rings the door bell to establish the reality, This security door entryphone overcomes that problem by answering the caller een when the premises are unoccupied, The entry-phone panel outside the front door would be the same in appearance as those already marketed and an existing panel could be retained, This invention provides interior receiver which accommodates a cassette tape so when the caller rings the front bell the contact point that activates the buzzer in the receiver also activates the tape and the caller will hear a voice, IG 1 Shows the exterior front door panel with bell and mouthpiece.

Claims
1 d caller ringing the front bell activates a tape and hers a voice speak back.
2 The owner would have a record of callers Turin, nis/her absence.
3 Technology exists to activate passages of converstion on the tape by the callers voice.
