Abstract
The system uses a base 1 and an overlay 2 having two related grids, the base and overlay comprising complimentary colours or filters. By movement of overlay over the base, a change in colour occurs where the two coincide. The overlay may be transparent and removably coloured with a marker.
Description
THE MATRIX CHECK SYSTEM
This invention relates to a Matrix Checking System.
The Lotteries and Football Pools have attracted a very large following, so much so that Syndicates have become very popular amongst communities, the family and the work place.
The aim of the Matrix Check System is to provide a Quick, Easy and Fun method of checking the selections made by the Syndicate against the drawn numbers for the particular week.
The embodiment of the invention is described by way of the drawing in which:
Figure 1 Shows the Base and Overlay, once the colour or filter is applied
The chosen numbers as selected by the syndicate would be applied to the base 1, whilst the drawn numbers would be applied to the overlay 2.
Should colour rather than filter be used then if the Dry wipe type were used then the Matrix checker could be used over and over again.
THE MATRIX CHECK SYSTEM
The process of checking the drawn numbers is achieved by the use of a base 1 and an overlay 2 of two related grids, and by the application of complimentary colours or filters. One colour or filter is used on the base whilst a complimentary colour or filter is applied to the overlay 2. By movement of one or the other grid, a change in appearance occurs this identifies the co-insiding co-ordinates. Therefore checking as to wheather or not a selected number is true is achieved by simply counting the squares on the overlay which have changed their appearance.
Fig 1 displays a typical type of base and overlay which may be used but the same principal may be applied to a circular design of base 1 and overlay 2.
