Description
A WATER TANK SPILLING TUBE STRUCTURE WITH GAS EXHAUSTION
FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a water tank spilling tube structure with gas exhaustion function, and more particularly to a spilling tube structure in which the flushing passage of the toilet bowl is designed as a close bent tube and a gas exhaustion tube. In normal use, the odor in the toilet bowl is sucked out of the room by a sucking pump through the gas exhaustion tube. However, when flushing the toilet bowl, the gas exhaustion tube is closed so as to Prevent the water in the draining seat of the water tank from being sucked into the sucking pump.
A toilet bowl is used to exhaust the urine and stool.
However, when a user uses the toilet bowl. the odor produced in the toilet bowl can be hardly removed. An odor-removing toilet bowl has been developed for removing the odor. Such toilet bowl utilizes a sucking pump communicated with the periphery of the toilet bowl or the spilling tube of the water tank to suck the odor in the toilet bowl out of the room. Fig. 5 shows a conventional odor-removing toilet bowl including a U-shaped gas exhaustion manifold 20 having a spilling tube 210 and a sub-manifold 220. An upper end of the manifold 20 is disposed with an extending open tube connected with a gas exhaustion tube 120 of a gas exhaustion device 10. A lower end of the spilling tube 210 is extended to connect with a conventional draining manifold 230 and a water sealing valve caP 240.An outlet end of the draining manifold 230 is extended to communicate with the draining passages of the periphery of the toilet bowl 30, whereby the flushing holes 310 serve to both flush the water and exhaust the gas. A check valve cap 110 is used to one-way conduct the gas. According to the above arrangements, several shortcomings in use exist as follows: 1. When flushing the toilet bowl, in case the gas exhaustion device continuously sucks the gas, the water filled in the sub-manifold 220 and the draining manifold 230 will be sucked into the gas exhaustion tube 120 of the gas exhaustion device 10. As a result, the gas exhaustion device will suffer additional load and damage or even a leakage of electricity will take place to cause accident.
2. In the case that a sensing means is disposed on the gas exhaustion device to control the operation of the gas exhaustion device, the gas exhaustion device must be specifically designed and additional expense will be needed so that the cost for the toilet bowl will be inevitably increased.
It is a primary object of the present invention to provide a water tank spilling tube structure with gas exhaustion function in which a gas exhaustion tube seat is disposed under the spilling tube of the water tank to connect with a gas exhaustion tube. A close bent tube is connected with the top end of the spilling tube and a floating ball is floatably tied on the top end of the close bent tube. In cooperation with another floating ball linked with a throttle controlling a sucking pump, the odor in the toilet bowl is sucked out of the room by the sucking pump through the gas exhaustion tube. However, when flushing the toilet bowl. the gas exhaustion tube is closed so as to prevent the water in the draining seat of the water tank from being sucked into the sucking pump.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above spilling tube structure in which the close bent tube and the gas exhaustion tube are added to the original spilling tube of the water tank without affecting the original flushing function and without changing the original structure thereof. Therefore, no unreasonable additional expense will be incurred.
Following is a description by way of example only with reference to the accompanying drawings of methods of carrying the present invention into effect:
In the drawings:
Fig. 1 is a perspective assembled view of the Present invention;
Fig. 2 is a perspective exPloded view of the present invention;
Fig. 3 is a sectional view showing the sucking operation of the present invention;
Fig. 4 is a sectional view showing that the sucking operation is stopped when flushing the toilet bowl; and
Fig. 5 is a sectional assembled view of a conventional water tank spilling tube structure.
Please refer to Figs. 1 and 2. The present invention includes a close bent tube 1, a connecting sleeve 2, a draining seat 4 having a spilling tube seat 42 and a gas exhaustion tube seat 41 formed with a rectangular hole, an inner gas exhaustion tube 3 fitted in the rectangular hole of the gas exhaustion tube seat 41 and a floating ball 9 linked with a throttle. The close bent tube 1 is fastened by a fastening belt 11 into an S-shaPed pattern and has an open end. A polulon-made light floating ball 12 is floatablu tied on the open end of the close bent tube 1.
The other end of the close bent tube 1 is inserted into the connecting sleeve 2 which is fitted with a spilling tube 6 in a water tank B. The spilling tube 6 is inserted in the spilling tube seat 42 of the draining seat 4. A water sealing valve cap 5 is hung and positioned at a lower end of the spilling tube 6 to snugly close an upper water inlet of the draining seat 4. In cooPeration with a leakproof washer 7 and a fixing thread ring 8, the present invention is secured in the water tank of the toilet bowl to form a water tank spilling tube structure which is able to sucking out the odor in the toilet bowl.
Please refer to Fig. 3. When the water gradually flows into the water tank B after flushing, the water level A at first will exceed the open end of the close bent tube 1. At this time, the floating ball 11 at the open end is floated,
Permitting the excessive water to be exhausted out of the water tank through the spilling tube 6 and the floating ball of the water tank stops the water from further coming into the water tank. When the water level reaches the height A and is balanced, another floating ball 9 linked with the throttle ( not shown ) is floated on the water level A. At this time, because the floating ball 9 does not downward pull the sucking pump to shut off the power, the sucking pump starts to suck the gas. The final balanced water level in the close bent tube 1 is identical to the water level A outside the tube 1 as shown in Fig. 3.In addition, due to the S-shaped pattern of the close bent tube 1, the water is stored therein to enclose the gas. Also, by means of the closing effect of the floating ball 12, the gas is sucked from the open end of the close bent tube 1 into the inner gas exhaustion tube 3 with a better sealing effect. One end of the inner gas exhaustion tube 3 is extended outside the water tank B to connect with an outer gas exhaustion tube 32 which is in turn connected with the sucking pump for sucking the odor out of the room. A water sealing washer 33 is used to Prevent leakage. Accordingly, the odor can be effectively sucked from the draining seat 4 communicated with the flushing passages of the periphery of the toilet bowl and conducted out through the inner gas exhaustion tube 3.
When the water sealing valve cap 5 is opened as shown in
Fig. 4, the water in the water tank B flushes out from the draining seat 4 to wash the toilet bowl. At this time, due to the descending of the water level A, the weight of the floating ball 9 will pull the throttle to shut off the power for the sucking pump. Therefore, the sucking pump will stoP sucking when flushing the toilet bowl. Accordingly, it is avoided that the sucking and flushing operation are simultaneously performed so as to prevent the water from entering the sucking pump to cause leakage of electricity or other danger. Also, the energy can be saved.
In conclusion, the present invention is able to effectively exhaust the odor in the toilet bowl without changing the original structure thereof. Also, the Present invention has simple structure and can easily installed in various kinds of water tanks with different spilling tubes. In addition, the water is prevented from being sucked into the gas exhaustion tube so that the leakage of electricity and other accidents are avoided.
The above description and drawings are only used to illustrate one preferred embodiment of the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Any modification or derivation of the embodiment should fall within the scope of the present invention.
