Description
SHOEMAKING PRESS MACHINE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a shoemaking press machine which facilitates and improves the good adhesion of a sole to a upper of a various kinds of shoes, - for example, leather shoes, soccer shoes, high heels, sports shoes, mountain shoes, - by the pressing force of piston rods of the shoemaking press machine.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an improvement of an invention on the shoemaking press machine which is described in the applicant's utility model registration no. 76955 and no. 76956. According to the applicant's above-mentioned registered utility models, the press machine is described where several cylinders are installed in the table, and press boards are attached to the end of a piston rods, which press boards of a piston rods, by the action of cylinders, press the sole and upper of a shoe, the toe and heel of which being pressed and kept static by a toe bar and a heel bar, thereby accomplishes the adhesion of the sole and upper of a shoe by pressing force of the press boards. However, lots of inferior goods have been produced due to the following important reason; the table face on which the sole is set for processing is made of flat and hard material, which does not flexibly correspond to the bend of the sole. Thus, when the toe and the heel are pressed by the toe bar and the heel bar respectively, the pressure brought to bear on the bent sole of a shoe is not uniformly made and thereby good adhesion can hardly be accomplished. Therefore, specially with soles having extreme bend, e.g. sole of a high heel, the existing press machine for shoemaking can hardly achieve the end.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In it's broadest aspect the present invention provides a shoemaking press machine capable of bringing out better adhesion results.
In particular, there is provided, a shoemaking press machine for adhering a sole and an upper of a shoe by a pressing force comprising a support for supporting a shoe, a casing having an opening and which is moveable with respect to the shoe support, a plurality of support boards held within the casing for pressing against a sole of a shoe and being moveable up and down corresponding to the bend of a sole of a shoe, a plurality of moving plates provided under said support boards which are moveable up and down corresponding to the bend of a sole of a shoe, a plurality of balls provided in the bottom of said casing which are moveable corresponding to the movement of said moving plates, wherein movement of the casing with respect to the support presses the support boards against the sole of the shoe, and the support boards move to provide an even pressure to the sole of the shoe.
An embodiment of the invention comprises a table for being moved up and down by a cylinder; an opening with a casing formed in the middle of the table; a protruded part formed symmetrically inside of said casing; a plurality of support boards provided under a sole of a shoe for being moved up and down corresponding to the bend of a sole of a shoe; a plurality of moving plates provided under said support board for being moved up and down corresponding to the bend of a sole of a shoe; a plurality of balls provided in the bottom of said casing for being moved corresponding to the movement of said moving plates; a plurality of guide sticks fixed to said protruded part of said casing engaging into a plurality of guide holes; and a plurality of springs provided at the circumferential surface of said guide sticks. an opening with a casing fixed with bolts formed in the middle of the table on which the sole of a shoe is set to be processed. A multitude of glass-bead-like balls, made of metal, plastic, glass or other suitable material, are put in the bottom of the casing, upon which a multitude of moving plates are installed.
Uppermost parts of the respective moving plates, support boards, made of urethane, rubber, sponge or other cushioned synthetic materials, are fixed. Respective moving plates are made movable due to the elastic force of respective springs installed within the guide holes of the casing.
As the support boards of respective moving plates move up and down complying with the bend of the sole of a shoe, each ball under the moving plates moves along the movement of the moving plates until final settlement corresponding to the bend of the sole is reached.
In this state of final settlement, pressing strength on the sole becomes uniform, resulting in good adhesion of the sole to the upper of a shoe.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
Referring to Fig. 1, a perspective view of the present invention is shown. Upper part of the machine 1, the toe bar 2 and the heel bar 3 are formed. On the table 4 of the machine 1, under the toe bar 2 and the heel bar 3, a group of cylinders 6A 6B 6C 6D are installed in a rank at one side and the other group of cylinders 7A 7B 7C 7D are installed in a rank at the other side, one group of cylinders facing the other. And other cylinders 8 and 9 are also installed making a right angle with the above cylinders. On the tip of the respective piston rods of the respective cylinders, press boards 601 602 603 604 701 702 703 704 801 901 are fixed respectively.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown; In the middle of the table 4 where a sole of a shoe is to he placed, an opening 4A is formed and a casing 5 thereof is fixed by bolts. Inside of the casing 5, a protruded part 5A is formed on which a multitude of guide sticks 11 are fixed to engage into the guide holes 12A of the multitude of moving plates 12 on which respective support boards 13, made of cushioned products, are fixed to move up and down along with the movement of the respective moving plates 12, the movement of which is caused by the bend of the sole and is made possible by the elastic force of springs 14 provided along the guide stick 11 in the guide hole 12A. Underneath the moving plates 12, a multitude of balls 15 are filled up in the bottom of the casing 5.
As the support boards 13 of respective moving plates 12 move up and down complying with the bend of the sole of a shoe, each ball 15 under the moving plates 12 moves along the movement of the moving plates 12 until final settlement corresponding to the bend of the sole is reached. In this state of final settlement, pressing strength on the sole becomes uniform, resulting in good adhesion of the sole to the upper of a shoe. Unexplained numerals 17 is a upper of a shoe, 18 is a cylinder, 19 is a piston rod and 20 is a heel of a shoe.
In the state that table 4 is lowered and the press boards 601 602 603 604, 701 702 703 704 and 801 901 are backwarded, a shoe to be processed is set on the support boards. The table 4 is elevated by operating the cylinder 18 until the upper part of the heel 20 is touched and pressed by the heel bar 3. In this stage, the press boards 601 602 603 604, 701 702 703 704 and 801 901 move forward to adhere the sole 16 to the upper 17 of a shoe by the pressing force.
This embodiment provides a shoemaking press machine capable to adhere the sole 16 to the upper 17 of the shoes firmly and uniformly which comprises a plurality of moving plates 12 provided with support boards 13 fixed upon them, made movable by the elastic force of springs 14, underneath of which moving plates 12 a multiple of balls 15 are provided to fill the bottom of the casing 5.
When the upper 17 and heel 20 are pressed by the toe bar 2 and heel bar 3, the moving plates 12 with the support boards 13 fixed thereto move up and down respectively corresponding to the bend of the sole. Refer fig. 4. Concurrently, the balls 15 also move corresponding to the movement of the moving plates 12 until final settlement corresponding to the bend of the sole is reached. In this state of settlement, pressing strength on the sole becomes uniform, resulting in a good adhesion of the sole to the upper of a shoe.
Thus the embodiment of the present invention provides the press machine by which the adhesion of the soles and the uppers is much improved in spite of the bend of the sole.
