Abstract

A retaining clip that features the ability to be totally self retaining by means of a collared shaft that, once fitted, the collars are directed in the opposite direction to any resistance or pressure to that of withdrawal.

Description

"Kwik- Klis" "Kwik - Klip" is a plastic clip used for securing pipe in the installation of water and heating systems.
Rawl - plugs and screws are no longer required as "Kwik - Klip" is totally self- retaining Unlike conventional clips, where, after drilling and inserting a rawl-plug in readiness for screwing the clip to the wall, all that is required is to drill a 6mm hole. The "Kwik - Kiip" clip can then be easily pushed by hand or by previnosly fixing to the pipe, into the hole.
No other means of fixing is required! Once fitted, the collars on the shaft of the "Kwik - Klip" clip will ensure a secure and lasting fit.

Claims (4)

Claims
1. A pipe and/or conduit retaining clip that can be used in any position in all materials provided that those materials offer a substantive and secure fixing.
2. A retaining clip as claimed in claim 1 that features a collared shaft protruding from its fitish-fitting rear surface.
3. A retaining clip as claimed in 1 and 2 that can be rotated in either direction for alignment once fitted.
4. A retaining clip as claimed in preceeding claims that is made from durable plastics.
