The shield either has absorptive material 13 attached to its inner part or itself comprises such material. Packing 14 may also be attached to the shield which may be of such a shape as to cover up the inside of the genitals. Resilient rings may be attached at the base of the shield and/or may be provided at the circumference of the closed end of the contraceptive part. The contraceptive part may be made relatively short (Figs. 10 and 11).
Description
J1 1 2301778 CONTRACEPTIVE AND ANTI-CONTAGION PROMMACTIC DEVICE This
device concerns a contraceptive and anti-contagion prophylactic device which is to be attached to the f emale Scrotch at the time of intercourse.
Existing Technique So far, for those equipped with male genitals, there has been a condom for preventing AIDS and VD (Venereal Disease) and for 10contraceptive purposes.
Such existing devices have some defects as follows; (1) As they are used f or male genitals, they can come of f or can become buried inside the female vaginal genitals; (2) They do not prevent contagion of AIDS and VD incurred with female body fluid during oral sex.
According to an aspect of the present invention there is provided a contraceptive and anti-contagion prophylactic 20device comprising a fixing shield provided at the base of a contraceptive part, wherein absorptive material is attached to an inner part of the fixing shield.
Thus the contraceptive part can be inserted into the vagina 25and the entrance is closed with the fixing shield. In this fashion, female body fluid does not leak to the outside. By this means, female body fluid is absorbed by absorptive material and therefore oral sex can be made and this device can be effective for contraception and can prevent contagious 3 0 infection.
Preferably, packing is attached to the fixing shield.
The fixing shield is in preferred embodiments made so as to cover up the inside of female genitals.
A f irst resilient ring may be attached to the base of the fixing shield.
Conveniently, a shape-memory material is used for the 5 resilient ring.
A tube part of the contraceptive part may be made relatively short.
Preferably, the inside of the f ixing shield is empty and includes a groove at the base of the contraceptive part.
The absorptive material 'may be provided inside of the emptied f ixing shield with holes being provided around the base of the contraceptive part.
Preferably, a second resilient ring is provided at the circumf erenCe of the pointed end of the contraceptive. The second resilient ring may be formed as a disk. Conveniently, holes are provided on the disk.
The pointed end of the contraceptive part may be formed as a resilient body which does not easily deform.
25The fixing shield may be formed as one body combining with a third resilient ring and the contraceptive part, the third resilient ring being provided with an absorptive material.
In preferred embodiments, a lubricant agent is applied on the contraceptive part which is put together with the third resilient ring.
Absorptive material may be attached at the outer rim of the base of contraceptive.
The tube part of the contraceptive part which is put together with the third resilient ring may be removed.
A shape-memory material may be used as the material of the third resilient ring.
The fixing shield may itself be made of absorptive material.
The fixing shield may itself be made of absorptive material with adhesive effect.
The fixing shield may itself be made of absorptive material lowith resilient effect.
A fragrance agent may be adhered to the fixing shield.

By inserting a contraceptive part (11) into a vagina and closing up the female genitals with a fixing shield (12) provided with absorptive material (13), female body fluid can be prevented from leaking to the outside.
As shown in.the drawing No. 1, the device will be easy to wear if a f ixing shield (12) is provided to contraceptive part (11) having an absorptive material (13) inside of the fixing shield (12).
As shown in the drawing No. 2, the device shall afford substantial effect in preventing body fluid leaking out when packing (14) is attached to the fixing shield (12).
As shown in the drawing No. 3, the device can prevent female body fluid which is spilling out if the fixing shield (12) is formed to cover up the inside of entire female vagina.
As shown in the drawing No. 4, the device will prevent leakage of body fluid and be firmly fixed if a first resilient ring (15) is provided to the base of the fixing shield (12).
As shown in the drawing No. 5, a second resilient ring (22) is provided at the top of circumference of the contraceptive (11).
f As shown in the drawing No. 6, the second resilient ring (22) may also be formed as a thin disk (23).
As shown in the drawing No. 7, ejaculated sperm will be 5 accumulated if some holes (24) are provided in the disk (23).
Firmer fixity will be expected when the point of the contraceptive (11) is made out of an elastic body which deforms less.
As shown in the drawing No. 8, by making the f ixing shield (12), a third resilient ring (25), and contraceptive part (11) as one body and providing absorptive material (13) to the third resilient ring (25), the device will be firmly fixed in the female genital.
Smoother feeling will be obtained if a lubricant agent is applied to tontraceptive part (11) which is equipped with the third resilient ring (25).
As shown in the drawing No. 9, absorptive material (13) can be attached to the outside of contraceptive part (11).
As shown in the drawing No. 10, by removing the tube of the 25contraceptive part (11) which is combined with the third resilient ring (25), it can be used for sexual intercourse of which male genital does not penetrate.
By making first, second and third resilient rings (15), (22), (25), using a shape-memory material that allows them to form a circle with body temperature, the device will be easily put on and taken off. As shown in drawing No. 11, the device can be used for sexual intercourse which does not involve penetration by male genitals when the tube of contraceptive 35part (11) is made shorter.
As shown in the drawing No. 12, the device will accumulate body fluid by giving the inner part of the fixing shield (12) some space and having a groove (16) provided at the base of contraceptive part (11).
By making the fixing shield (12) of absorptive material, it will absorb body fluid by itself.
By making the fixing shield (12) of absorptive material with adhesive ef f ect, it will absorb body fluid as well as prevent leaking and fixity is strengthened.
Also, by making the fixing shield (12) of absorptive material with resilient effect, it will absorb body fluid and can be 15easily put on and taken off.
Also, when fragrance agent is applied to the fixing shield (12), it will be comfortable when in use.
2 0 Ef f ect of the device As the device shall not let body f luid leak to outside, it will assist to prevent the spread of AIDS and VD resulting from sexual intercourse over the device and will be effective for contraception while it will not come off due to penetration by male genitals.
