Abstract

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: appliance has flexible casing of preservation type made of two walls with cavity formed between them. This facility may be represented by one-way valve. Material of internal wall of casing is of smaller thickness than material of external wall of casing. Description

 The proposed device relates to sexology and can be used by a man during sexual intercourse both to protect both parties from infection with sexually transmitted diseases, to prevent unwanted pregnancy, and to rehabilitate the sexual ability of a man suffering from impotence.

 Known means "male condom", which is an elastic cover made of thin rubber, used as a contraceptive, as well as a means of mechanical protection against infection with sexually transmitted diseases during sexual intercourse. This known tool performs only safety functions [1].

 A device for the rehabilitation of the sexual ability of men, containing an elastic tubular shell with double walls, the cavity between which is connected with a device for filling it with air, this device is equipped with elastic rings placed on the distal and proximal ends of the shell, as well as a patch associated with the first ring mentioned, and the walls of the shell are corrugated [2].

 The disadvantages of this device include the presence of elements that cause discomfort in sexual relations (rings, pad), as well as the reusability of use deprives such a device of protective functions (from infections, for example).

 The objective of the proposed technical solution is to provide a device for a sexual act, which simultaneously fulfills both the function of protecting and the function of rehabilitating the sexual ability of men suffering from impotence to varying degrees, as well as providing the possibility of coitus in various sexual constitutions of men and women.

 The problem is solved in that in a device such as a condom having an elastic shell with double walls forming a cavity for filling it with a fluid medium, for example, air, this cavity is made in the form of longitudinal channels distributed uniformly around the circumference of the shell, which are in communication with the annular channel, provided near the open end of the shell and provided with a device for pumping fluid into the channels, for example, a one-way valve, while the inner wall of the shell Rattiva is made of a material of smaller thickness than that of the outer wall.

 A device for the rehabilitation of a man’s sexual ability is shown in the drawing, where FIG. 1 shows a general view of the device, and FIG. 2 is a view A-A of FIG. 1.

 The device is a condom type 1 shell made of 2 layers of elastic materials of different thicknesses, while the inner wall (inner layer) is made of thinner material. The walls of the shell form longitudinal channels 2, located evenly around the entire circumference of the shell (in the working state of the device, the longitudinal channels with a diameter of 3-5 mm will quantify 15-20 pieces). Near the open end of the condom shell, the longitudinal channels are connected by an annular channel 3, in which a device is provided for supplying fluid (air, water) to the channels, for example, in the form of a one-way valve 4.

 The device works as follows. In the working position of the condom device, its channels fill the air with a single-acting valve or heated water (for example, using a rubber bulb or other suitable means), while the inner wall of the channels increases inward to the axis of the shell (due to the thinner inner wall of the shell) , the device reliably covers the male genital organ, and in general, regardless of the state of the male genital organ, the device acquires a tense, stiff state in this state, itiruya sexual ability / male features.

 This device is made of the same material as conventional condoms on the same equipment, but with the use of special equipment.

 Thus, the use of the device, in addition to performing the protective functions of a condom, allows a man suffering from impotence to have sexual intercourse, extend the time of sexual intercourse indefinitely to sexual satisfaction of a woman, and also harmonize sexual relationships with different sexual constitutions of a man and woman, regardless of their health status.

 1. Device for the rehabilitation of the sexual ability of men, containing an elastic membrane made of two walls with the formation of a cavity between the walls to fill it with a fluid medium, characterized in that the membrane is made in the form of a condom, the cavity between the walls of the membrane includes longitudinal channels located uniformly around the circumference the shell and communicated with the annular channel provided in the cavity near the open end of the shell and provided with a means for pumping fluid into the channels, while inside NJ shell wall is formed from material of lesser thickness than the outer wall of the shell material.  2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the means for pumping the fluid is made in the form of a one-way valve.
