Abstract

A prepaid memory chip holds an amount of credit for calls made on a telephone set with which it is used, the calls being made to a number stored in the memory. The chip is rechargeable with additional credit and may be used in conjunction with a phonecard.

Phonecard, Apart from the chip, a standard phonecard can be used to cover the cost of phone calls. this idea is so no bills can be run up.
The chip is designed to interface with the phonecard, so whichever Country you are in, you buy a chip and phonecard from that Country, this will in effect allow the revenue of call made go directly to the country's telecomm. company.
THE MOBILE TELEPHONE WILL WORK INTERNATIONALLY, AND THE CHIP CAN BE PREPAID TC ABSORB PHONE CALL CHARGES iNSTEAD OF USING A LINKED PHONECAXD.

Claims
1. The Samtel is designed in such a way as no bills can be run up due to all aspects are prepaid.
1/1 Prepaid standard phonecard; Prepaid rechargable chip for line rental;
2. Chips can be interchanged for other countries;
3. Revenue for telephone calls will go to the National Companies;
4. As all is prep aid. Cloning and fraud should be eluminated;
5. The SAMTEL will receive incoming call without phonecard;
