Abstract

A limb protector to protect a knee or elbow joint in active sports and also for use after the joint has been injured has upper and lower curved, rigid, resilient supports which can be attached to an arm or leg above and below the knee or elbow, is arranged so that the upper and lower supports can rotate relative to each other, by an adjustable amount, in a horizontal plane and can also hinge relative to each other in a vertical plane. <IMAGE>
