Abstract

A wireless telephone holder 1 and suspender 2 comprises a holder for the telephone and a suspender to be hung on a trouser belt for attachment of the holder. The holder has a round stud 11 with a flat side 12. The bag suspender has a loop for a belt to pass through a hanging plate 22 attached. The hanging plate has a slotted opening defined with two parallel grooved vertical sides and an enlarged curved bottom recess 223. The sides have shallow and deep grooves 221, 222 respectively. The holder is inverted, the stud entering the slot with its flattened side in the shallow groove 221. On reaching the enlarged recess the holder is rotated 180 DEG to the correct way up. <IMAGE>

Description

WIRELESS TELEPHONE BAG WITH A BAG SUSPENDER BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION conventional way for carrying a wireless telephone is shown in FIG. 6, generally having a bag 4 and a suspender 5 made of a tough iron plate bent to form a bent top 6 and an aperture to fit with a trouser belt 9 and a recess 7. In addition, a spring plate B with a swell in its intermediate portion is fixed on an inner layer of the suspender 5 50 as to keep securely a trouser belt in the aperture in the suspender 5.
However, this conventional bag and a suspender 5 has disadvantages as follow.
1. When a user of it sits on a seat in a car or a motorcycle, it is often pushed to separate from the belt by his thigh. Then if he is careless, it may fall down on the ground when he stands up.
2. If a user of it dives a motorcycle, it may fall down on a bumpy road.
3. To pull the telephone bag with the suspender from a belt needs some force, and with carefulness not to be cut by the suspender made of iron plate, and specially it is inconvenient for a female user.
4. As the suspender is made of iron plate, a belt may be damaged receiving friction with the iron plate for a long period of use.
5. Some sudpenders use adhesive fasteners instead of iron plate, but adhesive fasteners may not endure to hold a rather heavy telephone.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This invention has been devised to improve a conventional wireless telephone bag with a suspender, with the following features added.
1. R telephone bag is added with a button, which securely engages an aperture provided in a bag suspender, preventing the bag from falling off the suspender even if the bag should be pushed by a thigh of a user.
2. The telephone bag never falls off the suspender on a bumpy road when a user drives a motorcycle.
3. An adhesive fastener is not needed to be added to the suspender supplementally.
4. The telephone bag can be securely hung on the bag suspender with a button' sliding in an aperture in the bag suspender, very convenient to handle, without possibility of harming fingers of a user.
5. A belt can not be damaged even by a long period of use.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS The invention will be better understood by reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a wireless telephone bag with a suspender in the present invention; FIG. 2 is a front view of the telephone bag being hung on a bag suspender in the present invention; FIG. 3 is front view of the telephone bag hung on the bag suspender in the present invention; FIG. 4 is a front side view of the wireless telephone contained in the telephone bag hung upside down on the bag suspender in the present invention; FIG. 5 is a rear side view of the wireless telephone contained in the telephone bag hung on the bag suspender in the present invention; and, FIG. 6 is a side view of a conventional telephone bag hung on a belt.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION wireless telephone bag 1 with a bag suspender 2 in the present invention is shown in FIG. 1.
The telephone bag 1 is shaped to contain a wireless telephone, having a circular button 11 which is provided with a straight side 12.
The bag suspender 2 has a bent double layer portion formed with a horizontal aperture for a belt to pass through, and an outer hooking plate 22 fixed on an outer surface of the double layer portion and having a vertical opening defined by a curved bottom 223, a shallow straight groove 221 and a deep straight groove 222 respectively in two vertical sides of the opening so that the button 11 may hook with the curved bottom 223 of the aperture so as to keep the telephone bag suspended on the bag suspender 2.
In using, as shown in FIGS. 2 , 3, 4 and 5, a trouser belt is inserted through the aperture of the bag suspender 2, and next, the telephone bag with a wireless telephone is held upside down to let the button 11 face rearward and fit in an upper portion of the opening and then to push down the button 11 to slide along the grooves 221, 222 to engage the curved bottom 223. Then the telephone bag 1 is rotated for 180 to keep the telephone in correct position.
the button 11 has its curved side to engage in the curved groove so that the button 11 can be kept in the curved bottom 223 in a secured condition. When the telephone is to be used, then the telephone bag is to be rotated upside down again (i.e. for 180 ), and to be taken off the bag suspender 2.
While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications which may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
