Abstract

The gutter guard is to protect the gutter from getting blocked up with foreign bodies and is in the form of a mesh hingedly attached to the outer edge of a fixed gutter, with an operating handle to tip the mesh to discharge accumulated debris.

Description

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL FEATURES AREAS FOLLOWS The gutter guard is fixed to a metal rod by locking nuts. the Rod is then attached to metal brackets through a hollow tube then the brackets are fixed to the main gutter which is fixed to the main face board.
The gutter guards is easy to fit fo any type of gutter on the market. Its main feature is that at any time when the main cover grill is full of leaves, you fum the handle which is fixed to the main rod. Clearing all the leaves from the gutter. All this work can be undertaken ill a min. Its sample and easy to maintain.
This invention relates to a gutter guard which can be fitted to any type of gutting.
The purpose of this to stop any leaves or other form of dust getting into the gutter and blocking it.

Claims (1)

  1. 90% of all houses in this country have no form of guard to
    guttering from getting blocked up.
    The idea of this invention is to protect all the gutting with a simple form of cover, which could be cleaned with ease at any time.
    The moveable Rod which is fitted to the gutter bracket is easy to operate and will clean the grill cover in maintutes.
    The materials used to make the gutter guard are plastic & metal it is easy to service and maintain. It will be supplied in 2ft 4ft 6ft. lengths, and can also be cut to sizes which you require. The wing of this unit is explained in detail on enclosed drawings.
