Abstract
The cycle is composed of a body frame formed with two identical U-shaped rods 102 having one end of each extending longer than the other and having a rear wheel fixture 1022, and a front fork fixture 101 being connected to the other ends thereof. A connector 7 having a reduced diameter end may be inserted into one end of the front fork fixture and having a blind bore at the other end to receive one end of a push rod 8. The cycle further comprises a rear wheel axle block 14 which has two axles extending at respective ends. The cycle may be assembled as a strolling bicycle, a tricycle, a walker, a training bicycle or as a bicycle by rearrangement of the various components. <IMAGE>
Description
TITLE: THE MULTI-FUNCTION BICYCLE
Field of Invention
This invention relates to a multi-function bicycle
More particularly, a bicycle may be installed with a handle to push the bicycle like a stroller, or be installed with a pair of auxiliary wheels as a training bicycle, or be installed with two rear wheels as a tricycle.
Related Prior Art
Variety of tricycles, training bicycles, and bicycles are devised for children and youngsters of different ages. For instance, tricycles are mostly for those children just started to learn how to walk, training bicycles are for those children started to learn how to get balance, and children's bicycles are for elder children who already know how to ride and to get balance thereon. Howevern during the growing process of a children, parents need to spend a lot of money to purchase each in order to catch up children's age, not to mention the storage problem.
It is therefore, an object of the inventor to invent the present invention which has combined all of the above units in one device.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
It is the primary object of the present invention to provide a multi-function bicycle which has combined a stroller, a tricycle, a training bicycle, and a bicycle in one device.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a multi-function bicycle which complies with the cost of effectiveness.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a multi-function bicycle which takes less space to store.
It is still a further object of the present invention to provide a multi-function bicycle which is easy to assemble and disassemble.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Referring now to the drawings and in particular to
FIGS. 1 & 2, thepresent invention is composed of a body frame 1, a front fork 2, an upper and a lower bushings 3, 4, a handle 5, a front wheel 6, a connector 7, a push rod 8, two cranks 9, < two rear wheels 10, a rear wheel axle 11, two auxiliary supports 12, two training wheels 13, and an axle block 14.
The body frame 1 is formed with two identical Ushaped rods 102 having one end of each rod 102 extending longer than the other end and formed a rear wheel fixture 1022 thereat, a crank fixture 1021 connected to the two rods 102 for securing the two cranks 9 therein, as shown in FIGS. 2c, 2d, a seat 103 slidably mounted on the rods 102, and a front fork fixture tube 101 having a passage at one end to receive a reduced diameter end of the connector 7 and a pipe 1011 perpendicular connected to the other end having also an axis passage to secure the front fork 2 therein in an adjustably manner, as shown in FIG. 2a, and fastened by the upper and the lower bushings 3, 4 and a clamp 202.The other end of the connector 7 has a blind bore to receive one end of the push rod 8 which has its respective ends bent outwardly in an opposite directions to each other and a flange 702 extending outward for engagement with an engaging member 801 of the push rod 8, as shown in FIG.
2b. The other end of the push rod 8 has a handle perpendicular connected thereto. A rear wheel 10 is inserted inbetween the two rear wheel fixture 1022, and two auxiliary supports 12 are secured to respective ends with two training wheels 13 are secured thereto, as shwon in FIGS. 5a, 5b, or simply insert the axle block 14 inbetween the two axle fixture 1022 and secure the two rear wheels 10 onto two extending axle 1402 of the axle block 14, as shown in FIG. 4a.
When the push rod 8 is removed from the connector 7, the cranks 9 are removed from the crank fixture 1021 and the handle 5 is turned 180 degrees, as shown in FIG. 3a, the present invention may be treated as a walker, as shown in FIG. 3.
When two cranks 9 are swivably installed to the respective ends of the front wheel axle, the present invention is functioned as a tricycle, as shown in FIG.
4, or functioned as a training bicycle, as shown in FIG.
5.
When the two training wheels 13 and the two auxiliary supports 12 are removed from the rear wheel axle 11, the present invention is functioned as a bicycle, as shown in FIG. 6.
