Abstract

Acid in the bottom of the chambers is raised and sprayed by means of a turbine sprayer so located that the foot of the rotating cone is just submerged in the acid. Similar means are employed in the chamber used for denitrating and nitrifying the acid. Specification 198,332 is referred to. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 216,192.
