A portable electronic device for issuing tickets or receipts comprises a card-reader, a keyboard, a display for displaying data read from a card and/or entered by the keyboard, and a printer for printing a combination of data read from the card and entered by the keyboard. The device may be powered by mains or solar cells. It can be used for Bingo tickets, wage slips, parking tickets or the like. <IMAGE>

I, ELIZABETH MARINE MCMILLAN, hereby Declare that My Invention is The ELECTRONIC PAY/PAYOUT SLIP, (ECTRON). The Principal Object of the Present Invention is to SAVE TIME and MONEY.
With the Above Stated Principal Oject in View, The ELECTRONIC (EL ECTROil IC) Pay/PayOut Slip that can be Used in a Place of Work, at Home, Indoors and Outdoors.
All the Drawings 1 to 4 Show the Information for the BINGO HALL. BUT All this can and may be CHANGED, For EXAMPLE WAGE PAY/PAYOUT SLIP.
PARKING PAY/PAYOUT SLIP.
SPEEDING PAY/PAYOUT SLIP.
The ECTRON may be Large Or Small in Size to Fit Everyones use of it. The ECTRON as A Portable Appox 12x10 Inch.
The ECTRON may be made for a Table Top or Portable as the Carry Handle and Shoulder Strap will make Carrying Easy for ALL.
The ECTRON is a MICRO CHIP BSED PAY/PAYOUT SLIP, that after a BINGO Claim has been Made and Found to Be Correct the MemberShip Card is Inserted Along the Electronic Eye Magnetic Card Inslot, and the Membership Number is Shown on the Digical Screen and the Other Keys(Buttons) are Pressed. The Print Key(BUTTON) is Preesed the Information will then be Printed on the PAY/PAYOUT SLIP Which will Help the Employer, Employee and Customer as the Print out Roll has a Copy Sheet So that a Copy is Kept and a Copy Given to the Customer.
Which will save TIME and MONEY, ( See Drawings 1 to 4 ).
THE KEYS (BUTTONS) ON THE ECTRON ?iAY BE CHANCES FOR MANY METHODS OF PAYING OUT AND MANY USES.
The ECTRON can also be used in Paying out Wages as in many Countrys There is National Insurance Cards, With this Method The Job of Paying out Wages Would be nick and Easy for the Employer and Employee.
The ECTRON has a Solar Cell so that it may be used any Time or Place, The Battieries and Mains Adapter is a Safety Faotor so that one way or an other the ECTROH Will always Be Ready for Use.
THE ECTRON RELATES TO ALL PAY/PAYOUT ELECTRONIC PAY/PAYOUT SLIPS, TBE DISCRIPTION DRAWIiiGS hliD METHODS ARE EXANFLES THERE ARE A LOT OF THE TODS THAT HAVE NOT BEE.I PUT DOWN.

8. The ECTRON has a Carry Handle. So that it is Easy for the Portable ECTRON to be Transported from Room to Room, Place to Place.
9. The ECTN has a Carry Handle and Shoulder Stap.
10. The ECTRON has a Mains Adapter Should the Solar Cell Be Damaged from Improper Transport or Use.
11. The ECTRON has Re-chargcable Batteries Which can be used and Also Rechargeble the the ains So that the ECTRON will never bs with-out Power.
12. The ECTRON has Copy Paper, When the Top Copy is Printed the Bottom Copy will be Printed as the Top Paper has a Thin Layer of Carbon Like paper.
13. The ECTRON has a Solar cell Sreen.
The ECTRON may be Pluged Into the Mains or Used with Batteries Whizz will be Recharged by the Mains Adapter.
The ECTRON will Mainly be run by SOLAR CELL.
The Batteries and Mains is A SAFETY FACTOR so that One Way or another The ECTRON will Always Be Ready for Use.
The ECTRON Does not Need to be Fitter Battery Case or Mains Adapter Plug it May be Just SO CELL.

  3. 3. The ECTRON has Main Keys That Anyone can use without Being Trained on this Machine as it is easy to use.
  4. 4. The ECTRON may be used for many methods of Paying out For Example Speeding Tickets, Parking Tickets and Wages This is only Some of the Method that the ECTRON can be used for.
  5. 5. The ECTRON Relates to all Pay/Payout Methods By this Method and Design.
  6. 6. The ECTRON when Portable can be approx 1210 inch or can be Smaller or Larger which ever is Needed.
