Abstract

The cuvette comprises a sealed chamber (1) with optical windows (2). Each window (2) is mounted between two flanges (3, 4) one of which, for example flange (3), is provided with a groove (6) connected through tubes (7) to a system for feeding a cooling agent. The chamber (1) is provided with a sealed envelope (16) with tubes (16) for inletting and discharging a heat carrier, said envelope embracing the chamber (1) at the area of placing the samples to be tested which are placed between the optical windows (2) on the path of a light beam coming from a light source. The samples to be tested are placed in a holder (10) provided with a heater (14) and with a mechanism (9) for moving the samples in relation to the beam. <IMAGE>
