Abstract
A condom so sized and shaped as to be characterised by the following combination of features: i) a base (ie. the region adjacent the open end of the condom) which is intended to fit snugly around the base of the user's erect penis so that the base of the condom holds securely to the base of the pens during its usage; ii) an extended (ie. larger than average) overall length, sufficient to allow for each retraction of the penis during the motions of intercourse; and iii) an increased (ie. larger than average) circumference, from the base region, adjacent the open end, forward, to allow the penis to move freely inside the condom during the motions of intercourse, so that when the condom is fitted to the penis and inserted into a vagina or rectum the condom becomes a static lining to the vagina or rectum during the motions of intercourse. <IMAGE>
Description
MODIFIED CONDOM
This patent is a modification to the shapes of currently manufactured condoms with or without teats based upon the mechanics of their purpose and usage.
The objective is:1. To fit the base of the open end of the condom snugly
around the base of the erect penis so that the base of
the condom holds securely to the base of the penis during
its usage.
2. To extend the length of the condom to allow for each
retraction of the penis during the motions of intercourse.
3. To increase the circumference of the condom from the
base of its open end to allow the penis to move freely
inside the condom during the motions of intercourse.
.......... so that when the condom is fitted to the penis and inserted into the vagina or rectum the condom becomes a static lining to the vagina or rectum during the motions of intercourse.
The drawing is not to scale.
Section AA - BB should be of a diameter slightly less than
the diameter of an erect penis at its base where this
part of the condom will fit snugly and remain in place
during use. The distance between Section AA - BB may
be approx 5 mm or variable.
Sections BB CC and DD should be of a diameter in excess of
an erect penis at its broadest point to enable the erect
penis to move freely within the condom during intercourse.
Section BB - CC can be variously arced or corrugated as
shown in the drawing or straight. The advantage of the
arcing is to allow the condom to concertina to the base
of the penis#during intercourse. A straight condom may
generally achieve the same effect but concertinaing will
be haphazard. The concertina may allow backlap over
Section AA - BB thus reducing the length of concertinaed
condom on the penis and so affording fuller penetration
by the penis.
Section CC - EE should be the approximate length of an erect
penis.
Section BB - CC may be up to the length of an erect penis
or in excess of that length to accommodate longer penises.
Sizes. It is obvious that various sizes of condoms would be required particularly in respect of diameters.
Suggested Packaging
Section AA - BB \ CC may be rolled as most currently manufactured condoms. Section CC - EE may be folded flat backwards and forwards above the rolled section thus forming a square package.
Fitting
Remove the condom from the package and allowing the flat section to droop down unroll the rolled section over the penis without forcing the foreskin back. Draw the flat section of the condom to open over the penis stretching the foreskin back lightly and concertinaing the previously rolled section down the penis so as to form a concertinaed band at the base of the penis.
Operation
When the penis is inserted into the host the condom will enter tautly into the host allowing the foreskin to stretch and the surplus length of the condom will concertina to the base of the penis. When the penis is retracted the length of condom already inserted will remain in the host and the penis will enter into and extend the concertinaed part of the condom which will re-concertina each time the penis is penetrating and extend each time the penis is retracted.
Manufacture
If it is not possible to form the condom in one operation then Section AA - BB may be formed in a second operation by shrinkink or crimping to required diameter.
ADVANTAGES 1. This condom provides more natural intercourse, allowing
the foreskin to play its proper unrestricted part and
permitting unrestricted ejaculation. Restricted
ejaculation is one of the main objections to using
condoms.
2. This condom will not burst because of restriction and
pressure of ejaculation.
3. Masturbation is made more practical and comfortable.
Ejaculations are contained, making it no longer a "messy
business". Having this in mind, parents may be more
amenable to its possession by juveniles.
4. The concertinaed length of condom surplus from the base
of the penis after insertion in the host, does not enter
the host, but continues to cover the penis during
retractions, thus reducing risk of contagion.
5. A condom moving inside a host and particularly a dry or
near-dry host, chafes delicate membranes causing damage
to blood vessels, resulting in minor bleeding which can
cause infection or contagion. The static state of this
condom in operation avoids this.
6. Because of the static state of the condom in operation,
the lubricating secretions of the host are not *pumped"
out of the orifice as happens with standard condoms.
Therefore contagious contact is minimised.
7. Whilst removing the condom the surplus "concertinaed"
length having not entered the host, can be utilised to
wipe clean the penis. The handling of this section of
the condom being a little more hygienic.
The interior of the condom could be suitably treated for example, by dusting with talcum powder - to facilitate
the in-uNmfhe penis inside it.
The outside length CC to DD could also be surface-treated to enhance its tendency to form, in use, a static lining to the vagina or rectum.
Claims (5)
1. A condom so sized and shaped as to be characterised by the following combination of features:
i) a base (i.e. the region adjacent the open end of the condom) which is intended to fit snugly around the base of the user's erect penis so that the base of the condom holds securely to the base of the penis during its usage;
ii) an extended (i.e. larger than average) overall length, sufficient to allow for each retraction of the penis during the motions of intercourse; and
iii) an increased (i.e. larger than average) circumference, from the base region, adjacent the open end, forward, to allow the penis to move freely inside the condom during the motions of intercourse, so that when the condom is fitted to the penis and inserted into a vagina or rectum the condom becomes a static lining to the vagina or rectum during the motions of intercourse.
2. A condom according to Claim 1 and characterised by the feature that a region of the condom, extending, from the base region, part-way along the length of the condom, is arranged to concertina in use.
3. A condom according to Claim 2 and characterised by the feature that the concertinaing region is corrugated.
4. A condom substantially as described herein with reference to and as illustrated in the accompanying drawing.
5. A condom according to Claim 4 packaged substantially as suggested herein.
