Abstract

A scent airbox with a back (2) vented at the bottom, front (1) vented at the top and scent which could be solid, semi solid or liquid or even jelly held in the middle by another box (3) which can be made disposable once it has been used. It is held in place by a strap of hook (4) which fastens it to the car's airvent which in turn gives the user control over the amount of scent he or she wants to use. Although the shape used is rectangular it could be made circular or any other suitable shape. <IMAGE>

Description

SCENT AIR-BOX This invention is a more efficient way of freshening the air in a car.
Air fresheners are not new, but most are ineffective or overpowering for a few days.
This invention works by being made part of the cars ventilation system and can be regulated to suit your needs. It can be made reusable and refilable, work with either synthetic or natural scents and be universal for use in any car with air-vents of any size. According to the present invention, there is provided, a reusable scent airbox, comprising of two halves and a scent box which is disposable after it has been used, held in place on the vent in a car by means of a strap or hook of which the vent it is on can be regulated to control the volume of air that flows in and out through the scent airbox.
Referring to the drawing the scent airbox consists of a front 1 a back 2 a perforated scent box 3 a fixing hook or strap 4.
This design uses two halves which join together, the back(2) of which has a vent at the bottom to let air in and is also lined with foam, rubber, or sponge to stop vibrating noises which might arise. The back also has the protuding nipple which will hold the scent box in position. The front(1) has a vent at the top to let the scented air out and will fit inside the lip of the back(2) which will be held in place on the air vent of the car with a fixing strap or hook (4 once the scent box(3) has been put into position of course.

    (1) A reusable scent air-box, comprising of two halves and a scent box which is disposable after it has been used, held in place on the vent in a car by means of a strap or hook of which the vent it is on can be regulated to control the volume of air that flows through the scent airbox.
