Abstract

220,633. Escorihuela. M. O. Aug. 13, 1923, [Convention date]. Disinfectants.-According to tha Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a), a moulded disinfectant comprises coal dust with or without sawdust, straw and/or dead leaves; wax such as beeswax, stearine, paraffin; hydrocarbons such as benzine, benzol, gasoline, naphtha and mineral oil; and with or without starch and chlorate of potash. Alcohol, camphor, phenic or citric acid may. also be added. The wax is melted and mixed with the hydrocarbon, pulverized starch and chlorate are preferably added, and to the paste mineral or vegetable coal is introduced, with or without sawdust, straw and dead leaves. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
