Abstract

A book mark for fitting on corner 10 of one or more pages comprising two sheets 6-7 superimposed on one another in at least partially overlapping relation, one sheet 6 being of transparent material (eg plastic) so when the corner of a page is fed in between the sheets 6-7 one face remains visible. The two sheets 6-7 are joined 9 to one another along two edges at right angles to one another. A pocket may attached to one side of the sheets. <IMAGE>

Description

SPECIFICATION Bookmarks My designs of bookmarks are No 1A, 2B, 3C, 4D.
April 1986.
My bookmarks can be fed 15 or more pages of any kind of books in size or shape of books.
Each page could be fed in the bookmarks with two fingers, under the surfus of the clear plastic.
My designs of bookmarkswon'tfall off regarding in anyway one holds the book.
The bookmarks No. 1A, 2B, 3C, works by fitted at the top left hand corner of the page of the book, but for those of different culture they can use the bookmarks to any of the otherthree corners ofthe book if they wish to so once the bookmarks is saddled in the first page of the book one can start feeding the rest of the pages. From the top end of the bookmarkstill the page slide underthe clearfaceof bookmark.
Once is full can be slipped offand start the same procedure again. For those who wants to keep the bookmarks in place they can use as many bookmarks one wants, for it does not make a difference to the books.
Bookmark No. 4D, should befitted on the lefthand side ofthe book and the same procedure to feed the pagesasNo. lA,2B,3C.
My designs of four bookmarks No. 1 A, 2B, 3C, 4D can be made of various soft materials like plastics or nylon or (leather back grown) but the front of bookmarks must be made of clear soft plastics so once the pages are fed in side the bookmarkthat act like a half envelope one can see through the face of the bookmark.
The manufacture of bookmarks to seal front and back of bookmarks can be welded or sewn or glued or clip.
My designs of the four bookmarks No. 1A, 2B, 3C, 4D, can be changed and altered to any size different shape size style or colours. For at present the sizes are O/AAP.
Design No. 1A.0'-55/8" x 0'- 43/8" 2B0'-43/8" x0'-41/2" 3C0'-41/2" x0'-41/2" 4D0'-87/8" x0'-5" In Figure 1A got an extra pocket at the top of the bookmark, so one can slide a numberof objects like wording or numbers or signs to use temporary or permanent basis.

4. Abookmarkaccording to Claim 1,2or3fit vertical to page or pages with face oftransparent material 6 and joined 9, horizontal at each end.
5. Bookmark according to Claim 1,2,3 or 4 have top corner 10 cut away from bookmark to arrest page or pages from sliding away from bookmark.
