Contents, delivering; moistening agents, specially designed for.- Cigars, cigarettes, or tobacco in cartridge form are enclosed in a receptacle a and rest on the conical base f of an inner packing d. In order to extract one or more cigarettes &c. from the mass, a disc g is raised by a cord h. The disc may be coned in order that the articles raised thereby may be at varying levels. The conical base f may be inverted and may co-operate with a flat disc, or the disc g may be made telescopic so that it raises the whole of the articles in groups at different levels. The lid b may carry a sponge or absorbent pad c.
