Mattresses.-A link for connecting together the end coils of adjacent springs in a spring seating surface &c., comprises a main part A, hooked at each end B, and a subsidiary part D which fits in between the hooks B of the part A and is formed with bent ends E which close up the hooks. Lateral projections C on the part A may be bent down to retain the member D in position, and recesses F may be formed in the member D to accommodate the outer coils K, J.
