Moulds.-In apparatus for moulding and boxing fats and the like, the material is moulded at x and, by withdrawing the slide 15, the articles are allowed to fall into containers 24 supported in a double slide member 18, 19. This member may then be placed on a table and the slide 19 withdrawn, when the articles in their containers are deposited on the table in regular order for subsequent handling, such as labelling and lidding. Channels 14 are provided between the moulds to receive cooling mixture.
