Abstract
A plurality of pieces (1) in the form of equilateral triangles are provided on a board (2) so as to completely cover the board and are held in place by a frame (3), each piece being divided into three identical triangular zones (5) which are each respectively marked with one of three different colours and also with signs, letters or numbers (4). The pieces (1) are provided with handles (6) by which they can be moved into an arrangement in which every pair of adjacent zones (5) respectively provided by two adjacent pieces are of the same colour and bear the same number etc. (4). The board may be triangular or in the form of a star or rhombus. <IMAGE>
Description
SPECIFICATION
Table game of skill
The present invention relates to a table game of skill.
The game comprises a plurality of parts which should be arranged in a determined manner on a board. Said arrangement constitutes an' entertaining game in which intuition determines the outcome and in which the reasoning capacity as well as the analytic vision and the vision as a whole are developed. The game is suitable both for children and for adults.
Hence, the table game of skill of the invention is comprised of a plurality of parts having a triangular shape, which parts are arranged on a board, occupying it completely. The board is preferably formed of a frame on whose contour the pieces are placed in accordance with two identification variables, one of the variables being determined by signs, numbers or letters, while the other variable is advantageously identified by colours which, according to the bisecting lines of the parts, form three zones in each one of them.
The parts incorporate a handle which facilitates manoeuvring thereof on the board, whose surface is goemetrically regular and adopts any figure in which the triangular parts can fit completely.
The invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying schematic drawings representing in a simplified manner a purely illustrative example, which is not limiting of the practical modes of embodiment thereof.
Figure 1 illustrates a perspective view of the board and one of the triangular parts.
Figure 2 illustrates a perspective view of one of the triangular parts representing the main elements composing same.
Figure 3 represents a plan view of the assembly, illustrating the arrangement of the triangular parts on the board.
Referring to these figures, we reference: 1 triangular parts, 2 board, 3 peripheric frame of the board, 4 signs, numbers or identification letters, 5 zone of the triangular parts, and 6 handle of the parts.
Parts 1 comprising the game, have the shape of an equilateral triangle, each one of which has three zones 5 delimited by the respective bisecting lines of the angles of part 1. The mentioned zones 5 are independently identified by two variables, which are suitably combined so that the parts 1 can be placed in juxtaposition, wherefore the two variables corresponding to the two faced zones 5 coincide.
One of the variables of the zone 5 is identified by signs, numbers or letters 4, while the other variable is preferably identified by a colour. Thus, the zone 5 of the parts 1 which are faced should have the same sign, number or letter 4 and the same colour.
The parts 1 should be placed on the board 2 which presents a peripheric frame 3 delimiting the extension of the assembly, its surface being triangular, in the form of a star, rhombus or any other geometric figure, provided that the totality of the triangular parts can fit therein.
To facilitate manoeuvring of the parts 1 on the board 2, said parts incorporate a handle 6 formed of a knob which protrudes perpendicularly from the visible surface of the mentioned parts 1.
As it can be seen from the accompanying description and drawings, the elements composing the game are obtained from simple processes of forming and designs and hardly needs assembly. This helps to reduce the costs of obtaining and hand labour to construct a highly competitive and specially effective assembly.
Claim
1. Table game of skill, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of triangular parts which are arranged on a board completely occupying it, which board is preferably determined by a frame on the contour of which the parts are arranged according to two identification variables, one of the identification variables being signs, letters or numbers, while the other is advantageously identified by colours which, according to the bisecting lines, determine three zones in each one of the triangular parts, which incorporate a handle for the manouevring thereof on the board whose surface is geometrically regular and adopts any figure in which the triangular parts fit completely.
