Abstract

213,119. Monkbridge Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Kitson, R. D., and Brown, W. E. March 28, 1923. Doors.-The door of a furnace for heating tyres &c. is suspended from an overhead track so that it can be moved horizontally to leave an inclined opening for the insertion and removal of the tyres. As shown the door is carried by a link 12 from a roller 13, and is operated by the link 18, crank disc 15, and endless chain 16.
