Honey-extractors. - A centrifugal honey extractor has a rotary member which carries the combs in positions such that the mid ribs extend in radial vertical planes. The rotary member on the shaft 2 is constructed to receive the shallow frames 6 carrying the honey-combs, and the frames are held by metal rings 7 which are made in sections, the upper ring being carried on radial arms 8 while the lower ring is secured to lug 9 projecting upwardly from the radial arms 10. The lower bars of the frames 6 rest upon a wire ring 12 and also in recesses in a ring 14; both rings 12, 14 are fixed to the arms 10. Lugs 17 on the rings 7, or pieces of bent wire, assist in keeping the frames 6 in their proper radial position.
