Dust-excluding casings.-In order to protect the engine &c. of a motor-cycle and the legs of the rider, a vertical metal shield A on each side is detachably secured to the lower edge of the tank B, and has formed integral with it a leg shield G of curved form. The shield A is secured to the tank B by a rod passed through longitudinal sockets A<2>, B<2> formed on the shield and tank, and is also secured to the frame and footboard bybolts E, F, D. Slots H, H<2> and doors J permit the operation of the levers &c., and facilitate access to the mechanism.
