209,304. Buncher & Haseler, Ltd., and Rodgers, R. C. Jan. 27, 1923. Lids and covers.- The cover of a pudding-basin or the like is held in place by a pair of turnedover clips b<3>, b<4> engaging the rim d<1> of the basin and formed as extensions of the handle b<1>. The clip b<4>, about which the lid turns on being raised, is shown as rigidly fixed to the cover by a rivet c, the other clip having a slot b<5> cooperating with a rivet c<1> on the cover, and being thus capable of a sliding movement relative to the lid, effected by depressing the handle. Both clips may, however, have such sliding motion.
