Prizing-tools.-A prizing-tool for separating the leaves of leaf springs comprises a fixed abutment 4, which is capable of adjustment by means of a screw 5 and lock-nut 6, and a movable abutment 9 provided with one or more quick-pitched helical slots 10 engaging pins 11 on the bridgepiece 1. The nose 12 of the abutment 9 is separate therefrom, and the abutment has a non- circular part 15 whereby it is operated.
