If the part D<9> is lowered, the wheel is racked' each time a distance of one peg. The arm D<10> is put out of action by means of a spring E<3> acting on a lever which is normally held inoperative by a prop F, withdrawable by the action of the nut D<3> on a stop F<5> carried on a bar F<2> pivoted to the prop F.
