Dishes. - An appliance, functioning as a steam-cooker and serving-dish, comprises a colander-like inner vessel which is supported in a container, Fig. 2, provided with an inturned flange and handles. The inner vessel may have divisions in which the food is placed, and, after cooking, the appliance is placed direct on a table without disturbance of the food.
