Head coverings of special materials.-A cooling or heating bandage, which may be made in the form of a cap for protection against sunstroke is made of a number of beads a and perforated discs b of magnesia or other porous material, the beads being threaded together and the discs sewn through their perforations. The bandage may be formed only of discs as shown in Fig. 4.
