The photocard is a composite of three parts. Two of the parts are made of gold, silver or platinum plates, the plates are square or oblong with two parts protruding from one edge of each plate for forming a hinge, the two parts are joined together by forming the hinge.
Both plates have three round corners but the back parts bottom right hand corner is square, whilst the front parts top right corner is square. This is when looking at the closed card.
The front part has three types of niches, a square or oblong niche with round or square corners or a heart shaped niche. Above the niche is a hole for a ring to be fitted into so as a chain can be used.
The back part of the photocard has a semi-circular part cut out of the top edge, behind the hole in the front part.
The third part of the photocard is a photograph and this is fitted into the niche using a suitable adhesive. The photograph is square, oblong or heart shaped.
The photograph is chosen by the customer. A space is provided below the photo to mention to whom the card is dedicated. On the inside left of the photocard the reason for the card been sent is written and on the inside right of the card in prose or verse a testimonial is written. All writing is originally written or chosen by the customer and is engraved onto the photocard.

It can be used as a pendent or hung on a wall. It is a valuable gift for any occasion. The photograph and all the writing is written or chosen by the customer.
