Spring wheels. - In a spring wheel of the type in which the tyre-carrying rim is supported on a pneumatic cushion, the cover for the cushion consists of two flexible side members of leather, rubber or other suitable material riveted at their inner and outer edges to metal rings which are bolted to the periphery of a disc or the spokes forming the body of the wheel and to the rim.
