Abstract

A control circuit for synchronously operating and monitoring inverters operating in redundant parallel operation in which at least two inverters (WR1) and (WR2) are used comprises a main oscillator (O1, O2) provided for the control of each inverter and controlled through a phase comparison device (PV11, PV21) fed with a desired value (SW11, SW21)and an actual value (IW11, IW21) from the oscillator, a busbar (S1 S2) for each inverter to which outputs from all the oscillators (O1, O2) are fed to form the desired value, and an additional oscillator (VO1, VO2) together with an associated phase comparison device (PV12, PV22), preferably for each inverter, output of the additional oscillator (VO1, VO2) being also fed to the busbars so as to contribute to the desired value. <IMAGE>
