Abstract

A method of moulding plastics articles is described, in which method two substantially rigid portions of an article are joined by a flexible diaphragm, the diaphragm being deformable to permit the rigid portions of the article to take up a first relative configuration while the article is moulded and a second relative configuration when the article is in use. A terminal cover 1 for a switch includes a sleeve 2 which in use surrounds an end of an elongate switch and a connector cover 3 which in use encloses a pair of spade terminals extending laterally from the end of the switch 17. The terminal cover 1 is moulded with the connector cover 3 lying within the sleeve 2 and joined thereto by a flexible diaphragm 13, the connector cover moving from within the sleeve to a position outside the sleeve and rotated by 90 DEG relative to its original cover is applied to the terminal cover is applied to the switch. <IMAGE>
