Abstract

A multi-layer, flexible, heat- shrinkable packaging film having at least three layers comprises at least one substantially unoriented, preferably "hot-blown", interior layer of ethylene polymer, an oriented layer of polyester or copolyester and at least a third layer of a thermoplastic polymeric material, the interior layer(s) forming 10 to 90% of the total thickness of the film. The third layer may be a homo- or a polymer of propylene or a polyester.
