Abstract

A solar reflector panel has an echelon reflecting surface comprising reflector elements 21 separated by riser elements, the panel being inclined to the incident radiation 24, 25, 26 at an angle phi such that the reflected radiation is directed to a line focus 23 without being impeded by the riser elements. Fig. 6 (not shown) shows a solar concentrator comprising two such panels. <IMAGE>
