Abstract

To reduce vibration noises and tolerance difficulties between separate parts, a window wiper assembly of a motor vehicle is mounted on a plastics carrier 1 which provides an outer cladding part of the vehicle. The wiper motor 8 and drive shafts for the wiper arms are all mounted on the carrier and bearings 6,7 for the drive shafts are formed integrally in the carrier. <IMAGE>
