Abstract

A stereophonic speaker system for use in an automotive vehicle comprises a plurality of speakers (FL', RL', FR' and RR') for reproducing high and middle audio frequencies of the left and right channels respectively and a single woofer (5) for reproducing low audio frequencies of the left and right channels. The woofer (5) is at the rear centre of the vehicle compartment. <IMAGE>
