Abstract

An epicyclic change-speed hub, for example for a bicycle, has a gear change cam 74 internally of the hub shell 11, an actuator 19 co-operable with the cam, which can be rotated from externally of the hub via a cone 81 to effect relative movement between the actuator and the cam to change gear. A gear change ring 50 is operably connected to the cone 81 and is connectable to a cable. <IMAGE>
