A construction comprising a structure fused to a body, the structure comprising polycrystalline material and the body comprising iron group metal; the polycrystalline material comprising a plurality of nano-grains of a crystalline phase of an iron group element; each nano-grain having a mean size of at most about 50 nanometres.
