Abstract
A micro combined heat and power (mCHP) unit has an electric generator 14, an internal combustion (IC) engine 212, a heat exchanger configured to transfer waste heat energy from the IC engine and/or the generator, and a second heat exchanger to transfer heat from the burner exhaust to a working fluid. An anti-vibration device 202 is connected to the mCHP unit 200. The anti-vibration device 202 may comprise an elongate arm e.g. steel tube 204 with a weight 208 at the free end of the arm 204. The mass and/or position of weight 208 may be adjustable.
