Abstract

A photography studio has a turntable driving mechanism which is driven to start and brake by at least two timing pulleys 77,78 contacting the side of a translucent turntable platter 32, which are driven by another motorized timing pulley 76 via a timing belt 81. A multi-layer platform may also be provided for shooting shadow-free images which comprises a thick transparent plate covered with a thinner curved translucent plate. An alternative gear driven turntable (figure 7) is also provided
